It's that Time of Year Again

It’s time to join your fellow Center for Community Leadership alumni and community leaders in recognizing and supporting current and future leaders.

The Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce invites you to a night of connection and celebration at the CCL Annual Fundraising event, a Summer Soirée, on Wednesday August 23rd at the Grand Rapids Art Museum. All proceeds, include those raised on this site, will benefit CCL scholarships.

Session 1 5 3

This is Your Chance

To invest in others and carry on your CCL program experiences through scholarship support. Pay it forward and invest in our future community leaders. Not only does this annual fundraising event make it possible for new leaders to grow and make connections through CCL programs, but it also assists in the development of new programs, designed to meet our community’s evolving leadership needs. Over $20,000 in scholarships are granted each year—thanks to generous donations!

New this year, alumni classes are being challenged to contribute directly to scholarships by paying it forward through a class competition. The most generous class will be recognized as THE BEST CLASS EVER! The class with the highest giving will hold the title for a year and will be thanked with a private movie showing at Celebration Cinema.

The Giving Continues

The CCL Fundraiser is also an opportunity to recognize community leaders who have fully leveraged their CCL experience to accomplish uncommonly great endeavours in our community. This year, three awards will be presented.
